What is Wood Badge for the 21st Century? The Wood Badge program is based on the Leadership Training created by Scouting's founder. Lord Robert Baden-Powell. It incorporates the latest in leadership techniques, communication skills, shared leadership and team development principles, while maintaining all of Scouting's Aims and Methods, fun and traditions.
