Adult Leadership in Camp:
It is the policy of the Boy Scouts of America that two registered adult
leaders, or one adult leader and one parent or guardian of a participating
youth are required for all unit outings. Leaders may rotate in and
out of camp as long as "Two Deep Leadership" is always
on hand. Units experiencing difficulty meeting the "Two Deep
Leadership" requirement may choose the Provisional Troop Option
or may share a campsite with another unit.
Permission
to Leave Early:
Youth and adult leaders must notify the Camp Director if they are going
to leave camp early. Any youth leaving the camp early must have the “Permission
to Leave Early” form completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
A unit leader and Camp Director must also sign the “Permission
to Leave Early” form acknowledging they are aware this camper
is leaving camp.
